2. HOA approval and ordering
In Green Valley, Anthem, Seven Hills and most of the master-planned communities out here, the architectural committee signs off on frame color and grille pattern before anything gets built. 3. Install, insulate and seal

Eventually it breaks down, the desiccant saturates, and moisture condenses between the panes.
It is the most common call we take, and the fix is a new sealed unit rather than a whole new window.
Can you get sprinkler spots off my glass?
Sometimes, and we will be straight with you about when we cannot. Valley water is hard, and overspray that dries on hot glass leaves mineral deposits that first sit on the surface and later etch into it. Fresh deposits usually come off with the right acidic cleaner and a lot of patience.
Once the silica has pitted the glass, no polish brings it back and the lite has to be replaced. Adjusting the sprinkler head is the cheapest window repair there is.
Do I need HOA approval before replacing my windows?
In most of Henderson, yes. The master-planned communities here run architectural review, and they typically care about exterior frame color, grille pattern and sometimes an approved product list.
